Step 1 - You should get prequalified with your Community Bank Loan Officer. This will allow you to find out if now is the time to buy and how much you can afford.
Step 2- Shop for your new home and gather documents requested by your loan officer. Using a real estate agent can make the process easier.
Step 3- Give a copy of the contract to your loan officer.
Step 4- Sign your disclosures with your loan officer and the loan process will start. (signing can be online, mail or in person)
Step 5- Relax, your loan officer will prepare your loan for review. Once all the information is verified and complete your loan will be ready to finalize.
Step 6- Set a closing date.
Step 7- Close your loan and move into your new home.
